Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all dumpster rentals provided by XL Dumpster Rentals. By ordering or using our dumpster rental services, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.

Dumpster Rental Agreement

XL Dumpster Rentals provides roll-off dumpster rental services for residential and commercial use. By renting a dumpster from XL Dumpster Rentals, the renter agrees to use the container only for acceptable waste materials and to follow all guidelines outlined in this agreement.

Rental Period

The rental period begins on the day the dumpster is delivered to the customer’s location. If the dumpster is needed beyond the agreed rental period, additional daily rental fees may apply.

Weight Limits

Each dumpster rental includes a weight allowance based on the dumpster size. If the total weight exceeds the included allowance, additional charges will be applied.

Customers must ensure that materials are evenly distributed and do not exceed the container capacity.

Prohibited Materials

The following materials are not allowed in the dumpster:

• Hazardous waste

• Chemicals or toxic materials

• Paints, solvents, or oils

• Tires or batteries

• Asbestos or medical waste

• Flammable or explosive materials

If prohibited materials are placed in the dumpster, the renter may be responsible for additional disposal fees and any associated penalties.

Dumpster Placement

The renter is responsible for providing a safe and accessible location for dumpster delivery and pickup. The location must be clear of obstacles so the delivery truck can safely place and remove the dumpster.

XL Dumpster Rentals is not responsible for damage to driveways, surfaces, or landscaping that may occur during normal delivery or pickup operations.

Overfilling

Dumpsters must not be filled above the top edge of the container. Overfilled dumpsters may not be transported for safety reasons. The renter may be required to remove excess materials before pickup.

Responsibility for Damage

The renter is responsible for any damage to the dumpster while it is in their possession. This includes damage caused by fire, prohibited materials, misuse, or improper loading.

Access for Pickup

The renter must ensure that the dumpster is accessible at the scheduled pickup time. If the driver cannot access the dumpster, additional trip charges may apply.

Payment Terms

Payment for dumpster rental services must be made according to the agreed terms at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for:

• Excess weight

• Additional rental days

• Prohibited materials

• Failed pickup attempts

• Damage to the container

Updates to Terms

XL Dumpster Rentals reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current terms and conditions.
